Picture on website was different to what I received. It showed a clip on watch strap instead of a buckle fastener. I alerted them and they responded immediately saying it was their mistake as the manufacturer had changed the design and they missed changing the picture. Very apologetic and offered a couple of alternatves. I have got used to the strap now and am happy. Picture on website was changed immediately. Very fast delivery service as well.
