Shipping

If you pay by credit card via Paypal, or transfer funds from your ASB account, or make deposit at an ASB branch, your payment will go through straight away. Otherwise it may take 1 to 2 business days for us to receive your payment.

We dispatch orders once per day Monday to Friday and our dispatch cut-off time is 1pm. If your payment arrives before 1pm, we will dispatch your order on that day. Otherwise we will dispatch your order the next business day.

The target delivery date is the next working day for courier non-rural or 2-3 working days for courier rural delivery or standard post. Please also note that the courier does not work during weekends or public holidays.

We will send you a confirmation email once your parcel is on its way. If you have not heard from us within two business days after making the payment, please send us an inquiry email and we will check your order for you.

Return & Refund Policy

Unless stated otherwise, all of our goods have:

(a) 7 day money back guarantee. Must notify us within 48 hours after delivery and return to us within 7 days. The returned products and accessories must be in unmarked original condition. Shipping fee non refundable.

(b) 3 month return-to-base (RTB) warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty policy covers the failure of components due to manufacturing defects, but not man-made damages (such as a cracked screen) or wear-out. Customers pay freight to send back to us and we will fix and send back at our cost. If the goods are faulty due to manufacturing defects and cannot be fixed, we will send a replacement free of charge.
